Paper Coating
Paper chemicals designate a group of chemicals that modify the properties of paper. These chemicals can be used to alter the paper in many ways, including changing its color and brightness, or by increasing its strength and resistance to water.
Processes
Coating is a process by which paper or paper board is coated with an agent to improve brightness or printing properties. By applying PCC, china clay, pigment or adhesive the coating fills the miniscule pits between the fibres in the base paper, giving it a smooth, flat surface which can improve the opacity, lustre and colour-absorption ability. Various blades and rollers ensure the uniform application of the coating.

DEFOAMER
Defomer is an economical and effective water-based defoamer designed for use in a variety of industrial applications. It has found use in screen room operations, effluent treatment and paper making process. It is effective over a wide pH range and temperature. It is free of mineral oil.
SURFACE SIZING
Surface sizing agents are commonly used to provide water-resistance (prevent paper from blurring with water or ink) and printability (offset, inkjet) to paper by surface application. INTERNAL SIZING
Internal sizing chemicals used in papermaking at the wet end are alkyl succinic anhydride (ASA), alkyl ketene dimer (AKD) and rosin. By making the paper web more hydrophobic, the sizing agents influence dewatering and retention of fillers and fibers in the paper sheet. Next to paper quality, internal sizing agents' main effect is on runability of the paper machine..STRENGTH AGENT
Strength Agent is a cationic reaction product of polyamine and epichlorohydrin specifically manufactured for the paper industry. It is designed to provide wet strength, i.e., production of tissue, toweling paper and board. Enhance the strength properties such as bursting, tensile, ring crush , stiffness, etc.CLEANING AGENT
Cleaning Agent can be used as universal cleaning agent without any problems, e.g. or the removal of sticky deposits on wires, felts, rolls, suction box covers, foils, frames, etc. The specialty-coordinated components of the product ensure an excellent cleaning effect in case of mostly organic contamination. The accurately coordinated hydrophilic and hydrophobic components of this formulation work in two ways. Firstly the treated area is quickly wetted which in turn leads to weakening of the forces bonding the mostly organic contamination which then detaches easily from the base material.
